What to expect in your yoga class?
Practise in small groups, approx 6-8 participants.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
The class begins with a short period of sitting with mindful attention to your body and breathing as well as chanting the Mantra “OM”.
Indiviually practised postures (asanas) that may be held for a number of breaths and dynamically practice of asanas (postures) with mindful attention to movement and breath linked together to form a sequence are both part of the class.
Especially the individual postures give the oppurtunity to exercise “svadhyaha” (self-reflexion) by adapting the posture to your personal abilities.
Props will help with alignment and to ease the postures. For this purpose the Yoga Wall, bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts are available.
In little groups an integrated and personalised approach is possible.
The yogasequenceFollowing the asana practice is a period of guided rest, Savasana.

What do you need for class?
Comfortable, clean Yoga-Clothes. Mats and props are provided. If you like you can bring your own yoga mat. We practise yoga barefoot.
