Props will help with alignment and to ease the postures. For this purpose the Yoga Wall, bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts are available.
In little groups an integrated and personalised approach is possible.

What do you need for class?
Comfortable, clean Yoga-Clothes. Mats and props are provided. If you like you can bring your own yoga mat. We practise yoga barefoot.
