Best attended from approx 6 (8 weeks, if you had caesarean section) to 12 weeks till baby is crawling. There will be a focus on how to best create strong foundations starting at the “core” muscles of your pelvic floor and abdomen while respecting the interplay of other muscles and connecting tissue.
There will be a balanced sequence of stretching, strengthening, relaxing aand restorative poses combined with simple breathing techniques.
A well chosen range of yoga poses, some modified for your special needs make up a mindful integrative practice which also can help you cope with everyday motherhood.
Mindfulness involves being present in the moment and therefore means to be with your baby on the same wavelenght.
