Pregnancy classes are suitable for women from the second trimester of their pregnancy and can be attended right through until baby is born.
Prenatal yoga is gentle in nature and perfect whether you are discovering yoga for the first time or expanding on previous experience.
It is as a hollistic body movement concept especially during this special and important time extremely valuable.
During pregancy a woman’s body and emotions go through many changes. Yoga can support you in coping with these changes and in discovering your strenght regarding birth and motherhood.
The practice focuses on postures that are particularly valuable during pregancy and labour. Breathing techniques and mindful movement will bring about a sense of inner awareness and focus that can help with the intense sensation of labour, birth and beyond.
Especially savasana (final guided relaxation) offers a chance to connect inward with your growing baby and strenghten the already established bond between you and your baby.
